How we handle your data

Short version: your answers are stored anonymously so the benchmark improves. Your contact details are stored only if you ask for the full report, and only to send it and to follow up sensibly. Nothing is sold or shared.

What we collect

• Assessment answers: your 42 answers, your company type, your scarcest resource, the resulting scores, and a technical browser identifier used for quality filtering. No name, no email. Stored when your results screen loads.
• Contact details: first name, work email, company and role, only if you submit the "full report" form, together with your consent choice. Linked to your anonymous answers so the report can be generated.
• Browser storage: your answers are kept in your own browser (localStorage) so you can leave and come back. That data never leaves your device unless the actions above send it.

Why (legal basis)

• Answers: legitimate interest in running and improving the benchmark; they are not linked to you unless you request the report.
• Contact details: your consent, given on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

What we do with it

• Generate and email your report.
• Improve the assessment model and benchmark using aggregated, anonymous answer data.
• With your consent, send occasional relevant insights from Belalba. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who processes it

Data is stored with Supabase (database hosting) and emails are sent through Brevo. The site is served by Vercel. Each acts as a processor under our instructions.

How long

Anonymous answers: kept for the benchmark. Contact details: until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe, after which they are removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection: email info@belalba.com and we will act within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
